User research, visual design and prototyping.
The project began with a collaborative user research task, looking at business objectives and user goals. This was followed by a comprehensive visual design process, creating a number of prototypes and design options before deciding on a route to take forward.
Whilst working on site designs, I also began to develop the existing visual identity (which had been initiated by the internal team) resulting in a defined visual identity that would form the bases of all future marketing assets.
