The customer portal gives users of the software access to product information, software updates and training, as well as issue logging and Q&A.

A bespoke community Q&A module was required to replace an existing traditional forum, making it easier for users to find and share solutions and tips within the community.

Other bespoke modules were also required, such as customer issue logging and course booking.
