UX and UI design for MVP launch of a product funded by Arts Council England.

The project intended to harness existing networks and the power of like-minded communities to enable new creative projects to gain traction and funding. I planned and created a full prototype of the front and back end of the product along with a minimal lightweight UI - just enough to give the MVP some personality.

The UX process focused on two critical flows which raised particular challenges, onboarding of new users and sharing. From a backend view, sharing included facilitating the easy creation of shareable media elements (for each social network) to enable easy one-click sharing by other users.

The inclusion of gamification elements and rewards helped to encourage the initial take up and ongoing usage by users.

Unfortunately due to management issues the project never made it past the MVP stage and was shut down after a brief live trial.
